This may be TMI, but I usually wear really lightweight silk or mesh underwear for workouts... it doesn't get sweaty like cotton so you can wear it post-run if you have to.

Otherwise, I'd choose to lose the Garmin. I can use a combination of Gmaps Pedometer for distance and my iPod for time (which is how I did it before I had a Garmin).

Hi, Laura! Unless I get a lot less forgetful, I will have to check out that underwear option. Is it sportswear?
