Try it. You'll like it.

Before long I predict a post on here about how much you love the freedom that running in the morning gives you.


You never know. I used to HATE mornings. Now, it's my favorite time to run. It takes like 3 or 4 times to get it in your system, but once it becomes a habit, it's the best.

1. You get a little superior feeling being up to excercise before most people are up at all.
2. After work or at lunch you can totally relax, knowing you got your run in already.
3. There is no creepy food in your system to upset your stomach, give you heartburn or anything like that.
4. It puts you a good mood for the rest of day.
5. Even if the rest of your day turns to crap, at least you got your run done!
